Punishment by Anti Qadiani Act reduced in Schedule II
Following amendment orderd by The Anti-Islamic Activities of Qadiani Group, Lahore Group and Ahmadis (Prohibition and Punishment) Ordinance 1984 has been reduced from 3 to 2 years in Schedule II, Act V of 1898:
- Amendment of Schedule II, Act V of 1898.–In the said Code, in Schedule II, after the entries relating to section 298-A, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:—
